Pukka Supreme Matcha Green Tea & Cleanse Herbal Tea & Ashwagandha Supplement

I was so happy to receive this package from Pukka to try out.  Pukka produce organic teas and supplements which I was very interested to try out as I don't usually drink tea.
Pukka Supreme Matcha Green Tea & Cleanse Herbal Tea & Ashwagandha
I received 3 products to try out:

Pukka Cleanse Herbal Tea* - A radiant blend of organic nettle, fennel & peppermint.  This is naturally caffeine free, ethically sourced with 100% organically grown ingredients. This costs £2.49 on the Pukka website for a box of 20 herbal tea sachets.

Pukka Supreme Matcha Green Tea* - A vital wellspring of organic whole leaf green tea and the finest matcha.  This tea contains matcha powder and 3 fairly traded whole leaf greens - Chinese Sencha, Indian Oothu and Vietnamese Suoi Gand.  It's  100% organically grown with ethically sourced ingredients.  The box contains 20 green tea sachets and costs £2.79 on the Pukka website.

Pukka Ashwagandha Organic Food Supplement* - Ashwagandha is a root grown in India's fertile soils and comes from traditional Ayurvedic medicine.  It contains the highest organic grade, sustainably cultivated root. Ashwagandha is a herb that can help the body adapt to and cope with stress and it has a reputation for supporting energy and having a rejuvenating effect on the whole body.  You need to take 2 capsules twice a day and it costs £15.95 for 60 capsules (pack lasts 15 days).  The capsules are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

You should be able to buy Pukka products in most good supermarkets and independent health food stores.  You can find stockists here.   It's hard to tell if there are any long term benefits to my health from using these supplements and drinking the teas, but they are easy to incorporate into my lifestyle so it definitely can't hurt.

Have you tried any Pukka products?
