August Birchbox Review

I received my August Birchbox yesterday and have to say once again I am impressed with the contents.  I am so glad that this is the only beauty box that I subscribe to as it very rarely disappoints.
Here's a photo of the contents.

Bluemandarines SkinLife Energetic Cellular Cream - 10ml (full size retails at £35) - a light peptide packed cream which brightens, refreshes and protects skin.  I have never heard of this brand, so I am looking forward to trying it out.
Philip Kingsley Elasticizer - 40ml (full size retails for £27.50) - I have received this in a couple of beauty boxes in the past, but I do really like it (I bought a 1000ml size bottle when it was on sale).  This size will be great to take on holiday with me.
Gerda Spillmann Hydro Pearls Moisture Lotion - 10ml (full size retails for £30) - I have tried the foundation from this brand which was nice, so I am looking forward to trying this product.  This is also a smoothing primer.
LAQA & Co Mini Lip Pencil - (full size retails for £14) - This is a glossy red colour which I don't normally wear, but I think this will leave a nice stain on the lips which I can put a little clear glossy over for a more muted look.
Molton Brown Ylang Ylang Body Wash - 30ml (full size retails for £18) - Its always nice to receive a Molton Brown product as they are always high quality.  This smells gorgeous so I can't wait to use it.
Inner Me Beautify Me Vitamin Complex for skin, hair & nails - 28 supplements (This retails for £15 on the Inner Me website).  I have been meaning to try some supplements to try and improve my hair and nails, so this product came at the right time.  Its a 2 week supply, so I will write a review when I have used them.
Birchbox Gel Mask  - (£10 on Birchbox website) - this gel filled mask cools the eye area and decreases puffiness.
This was the Instyle Edit which is a collaboration with the Instyle magazine beauty team and I think that they have totally nailed it.  This is just what I want to see in beauty boxes (not cheap brands that are available in Boots & Superdrug).  I will use everything in this box, which is all you can ask for.
If you join Birchbox in August and use my referral link, we will EACH get £5 (50 Birchbox Points) to spend in the Birchbox  e-shop.

Instyle are also offering a great subscription deal - 12 issues for just £11 - visit instyle.co.uk/birchbox
