I have managed to use up loads of products in the last couple of months. Check out my pile of empties. I will start with the body products that I have used up first. Rituals Organic Touch Body Cream - nice enough, but nothing special so probably would not buy it again. L'Occitane Almond Supple Skin Oil - you can read my full review here. Bath & Body Works Hibiscus Guava Fresca Ultra Shea Body Cream - I included this in my favourite body products which you can read here. Dove Summer Glow Nourishing Lotion - Works well, reasonably priced. No complaints. Optiat Pick Me Up Coffee Scrub - this smelled wonderful and works really well, so would definitely buy again.
Now onto the skincare that I used up. Jojoba Company 100% Natural Makeup Remover* - I did a full review of this product here. Dr Jart+ Tight Effect Toner - This is an oil control toner, so as my skin is not oily, I did not notice any difference to my skin when using this product. As usual I couldn't resist picking up a few things when I popped into Primark. Their Makeup range has really upped it's game over the last year or so. I love the gorgeous metallic makeup that's in store at the moment. I couldn't stop putting things in my basket. First up is the PS Precious Metals Nail Polish. I loved these as soon as I saw them and when I tried them on at home they were as good as they looked. The colours are:
Groupie is a dark bronze colour Starstruck is a copper colour Rock N Gold is a pale gold colour

Next I bought 2 PS Precious Metals Liquid Eyeshadows which were £2 each. I bought Copper Dip and Molton Gold which are both lovely colours. They really do stick to your eyelid and don't smudge straight away like many liquid eyeshadows. When I di…
I was kindly sent two products from the What Skin Needs range to try out, Skin Balm* & Soothing Skin Gel*. I really like this range as I have already tried out their Hydrating Facial Serum* and really liked it. Read my review here.
The first product I tried out was the Skin Balm. Skin Balm costs £9.99 for 75ml and I must say that it is definitely staying as part of my skincare routine. I use it twice a day in the morning and evening before bed and use a small amount of product which I rub into my elbows and it absorbs really quickly leaving behind no greasy residue.
I have to say that I was very impressed with this product. I have really dry, cracked skin on my elbows and usually nothing I use makes much of a difference but I used this for a couple of days and my elbows were much smoother with no cracked skin at all.
This product is recommended for - reducing irritations, dry and damaged skin, revives stressed skin and skin cell renewal. The Soothing Skin Gel costs £9.99 for 75m…
